📋 Description

• Own and personally produce solution designs across the full Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM stack • Design product, formulation, recipe, and specification structures, including regulatory and compliance attributes such as allergens, nutrition, and labeling • Define and design integrations between PLM and connected Oracle ERP/SCM and process manufacturing systems using OIC, REST/SOAP, and FBDI • Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration, extension, process change, or integration options with clear trade-offs • Recommend practical, supportable, and commercially valuable Oracle Cloud PLM configurations and Redwood extensions • Review consultants' proposed designs and provide design guidance and mentorship • Set solution design quality standards across the practice • Lead delivery methodology, design documentation, templates, and training material development • Advise practice leadership on skill gaps, team structure, and hiring needs • Lead client and executive stakeholder discussions, including steering committees • Own solution quality from design through go-live and hypercare • Partner with the Delivery Manager to align design and delivery • Identify and escalate design and delivery risks with recommendations • Join discovery sessions and client demonstrations as technical lead • Review presales estimates and SOW scope for feasibility before kickoff • Serve as Solution Lead, Functional Lead, Presales Technical Lead, Delivery Mentor, Senior Oracle Cloud PLM Consultant, or Escalation Resource across concurrent projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on PLM solution design • Hands-on PLM experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, Product Hub, or Agile PLM as the solution or functional design lead on at least two full-lifecycle implementations • PLM experience in process manufacturing, such as food and beverage or CPG, including formulation, recipes, specifications, and regulatory compliance • Hands-on experience designing integrations between PLM and ERP/SCM systems • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred • Minimum 10 years of enterprise software consulting • Proven experience independently managing senior and executive client relationships, including handling disagreement constructively • Proven experience leading and presenting at executive steering committees • Experience mentoring or leading consultants through design reviews and technical guidance • Comfort working in a fast-moving, lean team where priorities shift • Ability to travel up to 50% • Executive presence with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders • Strong solution design judgment and commercial awareness • Direct, clear, and confident communication in writing, speaking, and presenting • Preferred: F4PLM experience • Preferred: direct food and beverage industry experience • Preferred: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and FBDI/ADFdi data migration experience • Preferred: Oracle Redwood UI familiarity • Preferred: experience moving clients from Oracle Agile PLM or EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud • Preferred: SAP integration design for mixed-landscape client environments • Preferred: engineering degree, Oracle partner certification or Oracle ACE/ACE Associate designation, Oracle Redwood UI customization and extension development, and presales demonstration experience • Must be currently located and authorized to work in the United States
