📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent • Experience providing therapy to couples and/or families with a strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions • Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation • Willingness to maintain afternoon and evening availability • Training or certification in couples/family-focused modalities preferred (e.g., Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), structural or systemic family therapy) • Experience supporting couples and families through separation, divorce, reconciliation, or major relational transitions preferred • Experience with premarital counseling, blended family/stepfamily dynamics, or infidelity and betrayal recovery preferred
