📋 Description

• Manage the entire product development life cycle for an assigned portfolio • Own portfolio P&L and partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Product Directors • Lead complex new-product and run-the-business development projects involving engineering, data, vendors, and other functions • Develop and execute project plans with defined performance indicators • Report project updates to stakeholders • Build relationships with internal leadership, clients, partners, and suppliers • Conduct financial analyses, business cases, pricing models, profitability tracking, and monetization optimization • Develop product strategies aligned with financial goals • Support new capability development, partner programs, and portfolio enhancements • Anticipate industry trends and client needs to drive product innovation • Lead go-to-market processes for features, betas, and releases, including operational alignment, documentation, pricing, marketing collateral, financial models, and Sales training • Represent the product to internal and external audiences • Evaluate product ideas and opportunities for customer demand, business feasibility, regulatory compliance, industry standards, and data security • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk management teams • Support quarterly product roadmap planning within capacity constraints • Prioritize features and improve product efficacy and business-process efficiency with the Product Owner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Master's Degree (Preferred) • 8+ years of prior leadership and management experience • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with industry-related issues • Knowledge of workflow and business relationships for all functional areas within the company • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI tools and Microsoft Office software • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work • Analytical skills, including ability to interpret business, marketing, financial, and legal information • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Financial and profitability concepts • Innovation and product adaptation skills • AI fluency and comfort with AI-enabled workflows • Interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills • Experience leading projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas
