📋 Description

• Log, prioritize, assign, and troubleshoot calls, voicemails, emails, trouble tickets, and walk-up requests reporting technical problems • Provide first- and second-level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, email, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues • Recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow up on difficult user problems • Refer more complex problems to the next level of technical staff • Manage project deliverables by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience • Proficient in MS Office required • Proficient in relevant software packages and applications • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately • Detailed oriented and organized • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
