📋 Description

• Serve as a cross-portfolio leadership solutions partner within Verizon’s Enterprise Leadership Development team • Help deliver programs and priorities in a coordinated, organized, and scalable way • Coordinate shared work across leadership-development initiatives • Support decisions and day-to-day execution within established priorities • Translate team priorities into actionable processes • Standardize workflows across initiatives and improve delivery through coordination, follow-through, and visibility • Track project health, vendor engagements, and team capacity • Contribute to portfolio communications, engagement activities, reporting, and updates • Surface operational risks and identify gaps or friction points across initiatives • Recommend practical improvements that make support more responsive and scalable • Work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training • Experience supporting leadership development and/or program management • Current HR and/or Learning & Development experience • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time • Experience with project coordination • Experience supporting enterprise leadership-development programs or portfolios with multiple interconnected initiatives • Experience contributing to communications, reporting, engagement planning, or stakeholder updates • Comfort working across digital learning experiences, leadership programs, or emerging talent efforts • Experience improving team processes, coordination models, or portfolio operations • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, digital platforms, or modern learning experiences • Experience creating project trackers, dashboards, and visual reports • Strong judgment and ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities • Strong cross-functional coordination skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to identify operational gaps, bring structure to moving work, and support execution in a fast-paced environment
