📋 Description

• Conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for cloud software technologies • Support ongoing technical and end-user training activities within Global Education • Tailor training to varying student levels, from end users to system administrators in the public safety environment • Facilitate in-person and virtual training using live customer and/or demo software environments, documentation, and minimal slide content • Teach agency customers and staff the use and operating methods of complex software products and services • Conduct virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third-party software integrations • Present training using classroom methods including Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides • Complete department-required reports within standards and deadlines • Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding projects and training schedules • Compile training and technical documents and course materials for new and existing products or services • Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness • Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience working with public safety products • Must have a valid drivers license • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • Must successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Frequent travel up to 50%, with domestic and occasional international travel requirements • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification preferred • 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software preferred • 3+ years of technical training experience preferred • 3+ years of public safety experience preferred • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
