📋 Description

• Lead the design, curation, and strategic adoption of advanced AI learning programs and enterprise certification pathways • Move employees from basic AI tool awareness to deep, transformational AI fluency • Curate advanced technical curricula covering agentic workflows, enterprise LLM gateways, developer SDKs, Agentic AI, Claude Code, and prompt architecture • Organize vendor certifications and internal Yellow, Green, and Black Belt capstone programs • Partner with Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, and academic experts to deliver technical content, guest speaker series, and developer masterclasses • Develop and execute change management and internal communication strategies for AI adoption • Design Meeting in a Box toolkits, leader huddle guides, and change agent playbooks • Monitor employee sentiment and design targeted learning interventions • Plan and execute enterprise hackathons and innovation sprints, including problem statements, developer toolkits, and judging rubrics • Integrate interactive challenges, arcade scenarios, and peer-to-peer coding competitions • Create video walkthroughs, NotebookLM study artifacts, interactive prompt libraries, and hands-on lab guides • Integrate learning assets, governance guidelines, and certification paths into the central digital platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training • Current HR and/or Learning & Development experience • Experience with modern Generative AI technologies • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time • Master's degree in Learning Design, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred • Formal certifications in Change Management (Prosci) or Agile/Project Management (PMP, CSM) preferred • Experience with instructional design preferred • Experience designing and curating advanced technical learning paths and/or certification programs for software developers, data engineers, or technical audiences preferred • Experience with formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter and internal strategic communications for large-scale technology adoptions preferred • Experience organizing and hosting large-scale technical events, hackathons, or hands-on developer workshops preferred • Experience with Generative AI technologies including LLM capabilities, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, prompting frameworks, and/or no-code/low-code agent builders preferred • Experience in technical enablement, Developer Relations, technical instructional design, and/or enterprise change management in a senior individual contributor capacity preferred • Experience managing vendor relationships with major cloud providers and cloud voucher/certification pipelines preferred • Background in Developer Relations or Technical Writing, including translating API/SDK documentation into accessible learning content preferred
