📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues on heavy equipment • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance • Maintain accurate service records and reports • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams • Work independently and manage the schedule efficiently • Maintain truck maintenance, cleanliness, and organization • Serve as the go-to service expert for customers in the Sterling Heights area

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience repairing heavy-duty vehicles or equipment • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems • Proficiency with diagnostic tools • Proficiency with acetylene and arc welding • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues on-site • Strong communication and customer service skills • Valid Chauffeur’s license and medical card required • CDL preferred • Background in agricultural equipment is a plus • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check • Availability for day shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime
