📋 Description

• Manage, hire, train, and develop the Analyst team • Set priorities and balance workload across client onboarding and ongoing monitoring • Coach analysts on database reference logic or Boolean prompt building, data review, and classification standards • Work hands-on in TraceID, from onboarding to data review, and handle the hardest cases • Own data generation and sourcing strategy, including sources, platforms, and signals monitored for each client • Define how TraceID pulls data with Product and Engineering, including content identification methods, coverage gaps, and new sources • Lead prompt and rule definition and scalable content identification frameworks • Own the QA process end to end and resolve issues with cross-functional teams • Define and track precision, recall, and false-positive-rate metrics • Drive continuous improvement and document processes, standards, and playbooks • Partner with Customer Success and the Content Protection Manager to meet client needs • Turn client feedback into improved prompts, rules, and workflows • Support delivery of results to clients by explaining findings, trends, and methodology

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in data analysis, brand protection, trust and safety, social listening, or a related field • At least 1–2 years leading people or projects • Expert Boolean model prompting development skills, including designing prompting frameworks and classification rules at scale • Deep experience with SaaS data or monitoring platforms and how they collect and process data • Advanced spreadsheet skills • Comfort working with large, unstructured data sets • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their metadata • Track record of building QA processes and improving data accuracy • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients • Bachelor's Degree in a related field? (application question) • At least 3 years of professional experience in a data, research, monitoring, content moderation, brand protection, or similar analyst role (application question) • At least 2 years working with social media content or its metadata (application question) • Experience analyzing or processing datasets with 10,000+ rows using SQL, BigQuery, Python, or similar tools (application question) • Experience using AI model prompting or Boolean queries to identify, classify, or narrow large volumes of content (application question) • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or explicit content as part of IP and deepfake monitoring • Legally authorized to work in the United States (application question) • Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations (application question)
