📋 Description

• Manage assigned client implementations end-to-end • Partner with cross-functional project teams to deliver programs on time, on budget, and according to contractual requirements • Develop, distribute, and manage consolidated project plans, status reports, and dashboards • Communicate project schedules and status with stakeholders and management • Actively manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through closure • Manage customer expectations in partnership with the Account Management team • Compile, track, and report project financials throughout the project lifecycle • Manage time and shifting priorities for self and the delivery team • Adhere to the organization’s agile software development processes • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience can be substituted • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems Degree required • Experience in coaching, leading and influencing others • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project • Understanding of agile development methodology, applicable roles, and processes • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills • Stakeholder management expertise • Flexibility and adaptability in learning, task assignments, and new technologies • Some experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planview and Mavenlink • Agile Scrum Software Development practices and tools preferred
