📋 Description

• Partnering closely with the Conflicts Team, General Counsel, Information Technology, Accounting, attorneys, and professional staff to perform conflict checks efficiently and accurately • Conducting conflicts of interest and due diligence research using 3E, Westlaw, and other online resources • Assisting in the identification and resolution of conflicts of interest • Answering questions regarding conflict check processes and loss prevention policies • Opening new matters as needed and during lateral attorney onboarding • Auditing 3E Action Lists and conflict check records and addressing unresolved processes to promote record hygiene • Escalating issues to the Director of New Business Intake, as appropriate • Assisting with projects as needed and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher • Three (3) years of relevant experience • Paralegal Certificate • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint) • Familiarity with one or more law firm billing software systems • Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse departments and offices • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • Experience working as part of a team and independently • Exceptional client service and team support skills
