📋 Description

• Oversee technical direction in collaboration with Architects • Drive successful delivery of solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate client needs into solutions • Build test automation across the full stack and enforce engineering best practices • Optimize application performance and reliability in a cloud environment • Serve as the technical authority and primary point of contact for the squad • Guide architectural discussions, code reviews, and implementation decisions • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices • Identify and introduce new tools to improve team efficiency • Establish and evolve the technical foundation for the Application Development squad • Partner with Product Managers to define scope, timelines, and priorities • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders • Provide day-to-day technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning • Help onboard and support new engineers to ensure consistent growth

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular with TypeScript/JavaScript frontend). • Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization. • Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment. • Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). • Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Curiosity and willingness to learn, teach, and grow within a collaborative team environment.
