📋 Description

• Supervise fuel system RMMR operations for a prescribed geographic area under USACE contracts • Oversee daily fuel facility operations and ensure Performance Work Statement requirements are met • Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel maintenance site activities • Coordinate with operational activities regarding deployments, exercises, logistical maneuvers, and related activities • Prepare and submit schedules, deficiency lists, recurring maintenance reports, and other contract documentation • Develop technical scopes of work for DoD fuel facility repair and modification Service Orders • Review equipment and component repair specifications for contractual and material compliance • Procure materials for repair and maintenance work • Develop Service Order cost estimates, logistics plans, and construction schedules • Coordinate field execution with RMMR, USACE, and facility quality assurance personnel • Supervise, train, orient, and evaluate fuel system maintenance personnel • Maintain current employee certifications, qualifications, and safety training • Maintain employee time records and submit payroll information • Perform workforce supervision, performance management, discipline coordination, and other management duties • Conduct frequent field work at construction and client fueling facility sites • Travel to domestic locations and attend designated on-site meetings and events

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience performing liquid fuels maintenance or construction on various fuel systems • At least three years of Site Management or Construction Management experience • High School Diploma/GED • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Database, and PowerPoint • Ability to upload daily/weekly field reports with photos to cloud-based information management systems • Ability to use or learn QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland, and/or similar information and scheduling software • OSHA 30 and/or HAZWOPER training preferred • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Experience operating equipment and power tools • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment • Fluent English reading and writing skills • Successful pre-employment federal background check, MVR, and drug screen • Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy • Authorized to work in the United States or authorized by the start date • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally • Ability to exercise judgment and use conflict-resolution strategies • Ability to work independently, manage timelines and goals, prioritize workload, and manage time • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and problem-solving • Ability to understand and use basic accounting principles • Ability to work in changing situations while retaining effectiveness • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, and work in confined spaces near loud equipment • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly • Ability to respond quickly to sounds and dangerous situations • Ability to wear personal protective equipment most of the day • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use close, color, depth, and peripheral vision and adjust focus • Reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance • Ability to obtain security badges and basic security clearances for federal or secure facilities
