📋 Description

• Supervise fuel system RMMR operations for a prescribed geographic area under USACE contract • Oversee daily operations of regional fuel facilities and ensure Performance Work Statement requirements are met • Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel maintenance site activities • Interface with operational activities regarding deployments, exercises, logistical maneuvers, and other activities • Prepare, update, and submit schedules, deficiency lists, recurring maintenance reports, and other contract documentation • Develop technical scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders for DoD fuel facilities • Review equipment and component repair specifications for contractual and material-specification compliance • Procure materials required for repair and maintenance work • Develop Service Order cost estimates, logistics plans, and construction schedules • Coordinate field execution with RMMR Project Managers, USACE Project Managers and Engineers, and facility-level Quality Assurance Evaluators • Supervise and train fuel system maintenance personnel • Orient new personnel on company requirements, job duties, and location-specific policies • Ensure certifications, qualifications, and safety training remain current • Maintain employee time records and submit them to payroll • Manage workforce performance, accountability, training, feedback, and discipline issues • Perform other duties prescribed by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience performing liquid fuels maintenance or construction on various fuel systems • Three years of experience in Site Management or Construction Management • High School Diploma/GED • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Database, and PowerPoint • Ability to upload daily/weekly field reports with photos to cloud-based information management systems • Ability to use or learn QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland, and/or other information and scheduling software • Experience with equipment operation and power tools • Working mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge • Fluent English reading and writing skills • Successful pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen • Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy • Authorized to work in the US or authorized by the start date • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with internal and external clients • Ability to exercise judgment and conflict-resolution strategies • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and meet timelines and goals • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time • Ability to apply basic mathematics, including fractions and percentages, to practical situations • Ability to conduct problem-solving and understand basic accounting principles • Ability to adapt to changing situations • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs and work in confined spaces near loud equipment • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly • Ability to respond quickly to sounds and dangerous situations • Ability to wear personal protective gear most of the day • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use close, color, depth, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment • Reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance • Ability to obtain basic security clearances for federal installations or secure facilities • OSHA 30 and/or HAZWOPER training preferred • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
