📋 Description

• Lead on 6-8 clients, initiating strategic support for school operations • Manage or mentor 1-3 junior staff • Independently lead full monthly close process • Present at all meetings or coach junior staff to present • Complete all reports and compliance documents • Serve as primary client management contact for audit documents • Support Sales Team with new client prospects • Lead work with prelaunch clients and initiate regional/national programs

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing roles with a focus on educational finance • In-depth understanding of educational finance regulations and compliance requirements • Strong financial leadership skills to develop and implement strategic financial plans • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including educational stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams of finance professionals • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements governing educational finance • Advanced degree preferred or equivalent public/private sector experience • 2-3 years’ experience as a School Finance Manager
