📋 Description

• Prospect, call, travel, present, and close sales • Find and close new dealers, especially hardware stores and building-material suppliers, in the assigned territory • Maintain consistent outbound calls and disciplined follow-up • Travel frequently to meet dealers, present the Lexar advantage, and close agreements • Manage the sales pipeline in a CRM and use digital sales tools • Learn and teach product features including long-term R-value, fanfold speed, termite resistance, vapor-barrier film, storage, and freight • Support current dealers so they stock, display, and recommend Lexar as their default underslab insulation • Represent the company at dealer locations, supplier yards, and industry events • Report results accurately, seek coaching, and improve the sales process • Sell building materials to hardware stores, building-material suppliers, radiant-floor specialists, insulation distributors, and related trade partners

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience; dealer, hardware, or building-material distribution experience preferred but not required • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel the northern U.S. often • Reliable home office • Comfort with everyday technology • Ability to work remotely without drifting from the team • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to prospect, call, travel, present, and close • Equal strength on the phone and in person • Ability to manage a calendar, pipeline, and territory autonomously • Resilience in handling rejection and essential tenacity • Love of Jesus and desire to work in a company that talks about Jesus and family
