• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, strategic objectives, and release plans • Partner with Engineering leadership on delivery plans, release schedules, and technical priorities • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments based on business value, customer feedback, operational needs, and technical considerations • Lead and develop a small product team, including direct supervision of Product Specialists • Lead cross-functional, matrixed resources across engineering, business analysis, quality assurance, and business stakeholders • Own business success of assigned products and track measurable value • Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs including adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency • Analyze product performance and recommend investments to improve value, reliability, and user experience • Translate business needs and customer feedback into product priorities • Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and other business functions • Support customer onboarding, major implementations, and escalated product issues • Guide product releases and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation • Champion improvements in usability, effectiveness, integration, automation, and operational efficiency
• Experience managing software products or digital platforms in a B2B environment • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with Agile product development teams • Ability to use data and customer feedback to prioritize product investments • Experience in distribution, supply chain, inventory management, or eCommerce platforms preferred • Ability to work with minimal supervision and inspire teams • Goal-oriented, action-focused, pragmatic, and self-disciplined • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
