📋 Description

• Own and evolve recruiting strategy across all teams • Partner with leadership, cofounders, and hiring managers to understand needs and design targeted hiring plans • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates • Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions • Track and report recruiting metrics and provide visibility into pipeline health and performance • Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems, including ATS and sourcing platforms • Champion the candidate experience from first touch to offer close • Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate Vetcove’s presence in the technical talent market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • 3+ years of recruiting experience • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles • Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments • Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers • Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools • Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration • Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity • Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
