📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring and responding to Intake inquiries from current and prospective customers • Schedule Intake sessions, coordinate logistics, and facilitate meetings • Track Intake requests and report individual and collective request statuses • Coordinate with the Intake Lead, government client stakeholders, and program Architecture Team • Track action items to closure and provide follow-up support • Clarify requirements, communicate updates, and manage task execution with government stakeholders • Gather, update, route, and process Intake documentation • Maintain internal knowledge repositories such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams • Develop reports, briefing materials, dashboards, and stakeholder documentation • Identify and support manual and automated Intake process improvements • Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and adherence to program standards • Support data calls, program reviews, and audits • Update standard Intake documentation and process flows • Contribute to PI Planning efforts • Act in place of the Intake Lead when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field • 5+ years of experience supporting federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives • Strong understanding of healthcare data domains and middleware architecture • Demonstrated ability to provide customer support and guidance in real-time session environments • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including experience with schedule tracking and performance monitoring • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and multi-team activities • Ability to lead and support activities across remote, multi-disciplinary teams under high-pressure timelines • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and other collaboration tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to track, document, and communicate across distributed teams • Prior experience supporting VA programs or healthcare IT initiatives • Prior experience supporting IT intake functions • Familiarity with health data management and interoperability • Experience developing or maintaining project documentation • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting • Successful completion of a background check required • No sponsorship available
