📋 Description

• Build and deploy AI agents for Wellness clients end-to-end • Translate client workflows into real agent workflow designs • Run technical sessions with clients’ clinical, IT, and operations teams • Convert client needs into prompts, tools, retrieval shapes, and vector stores • Integrate with client data systems, including CRMs • Build ingestion pipelines to support client data integrations • Write the production stack, including agent runtime, routing, orchestration, and evaluations • Help build the ML side in Python, including training, embeddings, and model registry • Compose declarative guardrails and integrations within workflows • Design and maintain relational databases and caching layers for real-time agent operations and compliance audit trails • Codify per-client configuration patterns into reusable components to accelerate onboarding • Collaborate with product, account management, and platform engineering to turn field learnings into platform improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a production engineering role shipping customer-facing software • Solutions engineering or consulting backgrounds qualify if writing and deploying production code, not just scoping it • Fluency in a wide range of programming languages, including Javascript/Node, Typescript, Python, etc. • Experience building and operating real-time systems: WebSockets, streaming media, event-driven architectures, or high-throughput API services • Production integration work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or data warehouse/lake connectors such as Snowflake, Databricks, or S3 • Experience building retrieval and ingestion paths that feed agents reliable context with correct guardrails and caching • Working knowledge of data engineering patterns: ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality checks, and ingestion from heterogeneous sources • Comfort with cloud infrastructure, including AWS or GCP, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, and basic security practices • Strong client-facing communication and ability to run technical working sessions with customers’ IT teams and translate findings into engineering decisions • Startup disposition: ability to build, ship, and fix what breaks • Nice to have: voice or telephony infrastructure experience • Nice to have: LLM orchestration and agentic system design, including prompt engineering, function calling, structured output, and guardrails • Nice to have: experience with workflow engines, rules engines, or state machine architectures • Nice to have: product sensibility and ability to influence product direction through technical insight
