📋 Description

• Develop a business plan for the assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives • Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers • Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations • Understand and demonstrate targeting principles • Develop pre-call planning strategies for key targets • Build positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers • Ensure high levels of call and field productivity • Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to develop and implement strategies for territory prescribers • Leverage sample programs, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products • Respond appropriately and promptly to customer requests with consistent information • Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA degree required • Minimum 0 years of pharmaceutical sales experience • 0–3 years of B2B sales experience • Demonstrated business acumen • Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results • Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated • Ability to travel throughout territory, potentially including overnight travel • Must reside in territory geography • Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record • Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
