📋 Description

• Prepare steel and concrete structural layouts and connection details using AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) • Develop and modify MEP support structure designs and steel shop drawings based on engineers' markups • Review and organize multidisciplinary construction drawings from clients, consultants, and company contacts • Identify clashes, conflicts, and incomplete design information across construction drawing sets • Collaborate with internal and external engineers and contractors to complete coordinated structural drawing sets • Manage and update drawing templates and libraries of details and components • Prepare simple structural connection design calculations for submittal packages • Support project reviews, kickoff meetings, customer contact, and job control functions • Multitask across drafting projects and optimize workflow to meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of structure-related drafting experience • Understanding of multidisciplinary construction documents and drawings, including structural, mechanical, architectural, and plant/facility drawings • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in the structural/mechanical discipline and commercial construction industry • Working knowledge of steel, concrete, cold-form steel, and masonry construction types and building methods • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future
