📋 Description

• Develop executive-ready recommendations supported by rigorous analysis • Support development and execution of the North America long-term strategy and multi-year strategic roadmap • Drive governance, reporting, and execution of key strategic programs, including the regional 1,000-Day Plan • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs from planning through implementation • Translate market trends into strategic recommendations • Lead market sizing, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and customer insights • Drive competitive dynamics and identify strategic implications for the business • Lead strategic evaluations including M&A opportunities, commercial due diligence, and business case development • Build analytical models, financial analyses, and executive presentations to support business decisions • Apply structured problem-solving to complex business challenges and ambiguous situations • Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team • Collaborate and influence across regional functions and Global Strategy to ensure alignment and execution • Influence stakeholders across functions through strong communication, analytical rigor, and credibility

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a related field • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with increasing levels of ownership • Experience supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and business decision-making • Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree or MBA preferred • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Willingness to travel as needed
