📋 Description

• Own daily performance numbers for all teams and identify whether targets are being met and why • Improve conversion at every funnel stage, especially interview show rates and onboarding completion • Keep queues moving and remove bottlenecks • Manage and coach a remote, early-career team with clear expectations and timely performance conversations • Reduce cost per person while maintaining output and understand unit economics • Identify tooling-related slowdowns, write specific software requests, and follow fixes through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running daily operations for a high-volume team, ideally at a gig-economy platform, fulfillment or production operation, or fintech onboarding function • Data-driven dashboard and performance management skills • Direct people-management experience, including addressing performance issues early • Resilience under high volume and ability to prioritize when multiple issues occur • Ability to uphold standards without creating unnecessary conflict • Clear written communication, including specific problem escalations • Experience effectively managing fully remote employees • Bonus: Operations experience at Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit, Instacart or similar • Bonus: Production or shift management in a high-volume fulfillment environment • Bonus: Customer success operations, KYC or identity verification workflows • Bonus: Experience with show-rate and no-show problems • Bonus: Comfort with spreadsheets and light data work • Bonus: Enthusiasm for AI tooling
