📋 Description

• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, licenses, and role-based access control (RBAC) • Oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive governance, compliance, and data retention • Monitor, maintain, and provision Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and virtual networking • Enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points • Maintain secure VPN connections, VLAN segmentation, and firewall rules • Monitor network traffic and bandwidth for uptime and performance optimization • Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex cloud, networking, and hardware issues • Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, IT policies, and standard operating procedures • Coordinate with external ISPs, hardware vendors, and software providers • Support and develop core infrastructure, cloud services, networking, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and shared platforms across Europe and North America • Contribute to standardization and project delivery while strengthening internal IT capability and reducing reliance on external suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and Azure environments • Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki hardware and software • East Coast location preferred to support time-zone alignment with core operations • Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and cloud security frameworks • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users • Microsoft Certified: Administrator Associate (MS-102) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) preferred but not required • Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) or CCNA preferred but not required
