📋 Description

• Lead support activities for the Spec-Tech function • Communicate with associates via telephone, email, and chat • Apply effective customer service techniques when assisting associates under stress • Communicate with senior management and line/staff associates • Work in a standard office environment • Travel is negligible

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Completion of training or certificate program for technical support • 5 years minimum related work experience • Ability to communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat • Effective customer service techniques with associates who may be under stress • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to all levels, from senior management to line/staff associates • Contact center experience preferred • Leadership / Management preferred • Project Management preferred
