📋 Description

• Manage CorVel’s Internal Application Team supporting on-premise internally built applications and additional third-party applications • Manage day-to-day team operations, including daily meetings, project management, work prioritization, and operational excellence • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Provide hands-on technical knowledge for the team’s managed areas • Remove roadblocks so the team can meet deadlines and established SLAs • Evaluate, select, and implement modern technologies • Ensure successful technology adoption and measurable improvements • Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service • Work with minimal supervision toward departmental and organizational goals • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Management experience leading a technical team with operational responsibilities • Experience supporting .NET applications and other Microsoft technologies • Experience with modern server operating systems and application architecture • Experience implementing Windows Server best practices for performance and security • Experience successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines • Advanced Windows Server management experience (preferred) • Experience supporting custom applications built by the internal development team (preferred) • Experience using a vulnerability management system (preferred) • PowerShell scripting • Problem-solving skills and technical/non-technical abilities • Outstanding verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and willingness to respond to changing priorities • Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC and their application in systems administration
