📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to Air Methods infrastructure • Perform systems or network administration, maintenance, updates, performance planning, documentation, and optimization • Provide hands-on expertise in solving advanced technical problems and work with teams to develop long-term strategic plans and scalable solutions • Analyze infrastructure technology trends and work with IT leadership to develop infrastructure strategy, solutions, architecture, and delivery processes • Oversee and execute technology initiatives to design, build, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and associated projects • Manage 24x7 data center infrastructure and evolution, mobility and remote access services, wireless networks, enterprise messaging environments, Active Directory multi-forest integration, global WAN, software-defined internetworking, and end-user computing solutions • Recommend and implement operational and infrastructure changes and improvements to tools and processes • Manage documentation, internal training, and support transition/ongoing improvement for enterprise systems • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Project management experience on large implementation projects • Experience creating relationships with and managing vendors • Experience evaluating processes and recommending IT solutions to improve processes • Expert-level ability to solve technical problems and provide long-term, scalable solutions • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and create structure • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong team player • Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct teams to accomplish goals • Ability to operate independently and be self-driven • Ability to efficiently and effectively analyze systems, data, processes and related information and document complex functions • Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting detailed business requirements and preparing detailed design documents • Ability to express highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience • Working knowledge of at least one cloud IaaS platform (Azure, AWS, etc.) • Expert-level skill in designing, building, updating, and maintaining networks and network systems • Advanced knowledge and hands-on capability with common Citrix, Microsoft, and Cisco technologies • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Visio • Regular scheduled attendance • Willingness/ability to travel 10%
