📋 Description

• Serve as a Contracts Manager supporting the Information Technology Center Support function • Provide coverage for administration-related swim lane tasks • Oversee contract management and ensure all terms and deliverables are met • Support professional services engagements for Government and Public Services clients such as the National Park Service • Document IT policies • Collaborate with firm leadership, team members, Fellows, and partners • Interact with clients and contribute to thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Contract management experience in federal or state government environments • Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management • 3+ years of experience • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Best Business Practices • Change Management • Systems Administration Expertise • Tier 1, 2, and 3 Technical Support • IT Service Management (ITSM) • Operating System (OS) Support • Advanced IT support • Communication skills • Must meet security clearance requirements • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
