📋 Description

• Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team • Lead intermediate-level IT employees through AOP, budget management, and forecasting • Manage people, including work plans, performance, and development • Lead team building, organization structure, recruiting, and global team management • Compile and present management reports on team performance, metrics, and deliverable status • Communicate status to senior management • Ensure Six Sigma training, usage, and goal attainment • Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, procedures, and IT Security • Manage IT Controls compliance and engagement with end users • Configure SAP (ERP) and Oracle Demand Planning with global teams to manage business processes and synchronize physical and system processes in manufacturing, materials, and finance • Lead improvement processes for major business systems • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians regarding computing needs and system requirements • Develop computer information resources, data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery • Lead daily IT department operations, establish priorities, standards, and deadlines • Coordinate operational activities with external stakeholders and analyze complex data • Prepare operational progress and status reports and assist with computer and information systems development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer, Software or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as an IT Business, Applications or Technical Analyst, Technical Analyst Principal, SAP Developer or related position; alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in such positions • Experience with performance management • Experience presenting management reports • Knowledge of IT processes, policies and procedures • Knowledge of IT Security • Experience with IT Controls compliance • Experience with SAP (ERP) system • Ability to assess system requirements • Ability to analyze complex data • Experience developing computer and information systems
