📋 Description

• Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region • Ensure each clinic runs efficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence • Build, coach, and develop high-performing clinic teams, including front desk, medical assistants, and sonographers • Partner directly with physicians and APPs to foster a collaborative, high-trust clinical environment • Translate strategic priorities into field execution, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing models, and patient engagement • Own regional performance and culture • Improve the patient and teammate experience across multiple clinics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare (clinic, outpatient, or practice based preferred) • Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput • Proven ability to lead regional performance, team development, and P&L results • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related) • Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 70%) • Compassionate, servant leadership approach • Strong operational background in multi-site healthcare management • Ability to build positive relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and cross-functional teams • Ability to align operations with business strategy while keeping patients and teammates at the center
