📋 Description

• Gather contracts from every property and home offices into a centralized data room • Upload, clean, and organize contract data within Luminance • Validate contract data as Luminance processes and reads contracts automatically • Configure auto-renewal alerts and expiration notifications by property • Build workflows and settings for day-to-day system use • Coordinate and lead training sessions for GMs and other end users • Serve as the go-to resource for platform questions • Own the project timeline and drive the project to completion with minimal oversight • Work independently and proactively, flagging risks or blockers before they become problems • Help launch the contract management program companywide

🎯 Requirements

• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States • U.S.-based remote candidate; Miami-based talent preferred • Demonstrated experience setting up, configuring, or administering a business software platform required • Strong systems aptitude and comfort learning and configuring new platforms independently • Project management mindset; self-motivated, proactive, and able to own work autonomously • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day supervision • Full dedication to the engagement for its duration, without splitting time across other roles or clients • Experience with vendor or service contracts preferred • Legal background such as paralegal, junior lawyer, or law firm administration experience is a plus • Availability for 20 to 40 hours per week, fully dedicated, for a minimum of 3 months
