📋 Description

• Conduct Comprehensive Needs Assessments for the Clinical Department • Conduct assessments for Mental Health Skill-Building, Intensive In-Home, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, and Substance Use Partial Hospitalization • Apply counseling, diagnosis theories, and techniques to diverse consumer populations • Assess medical necessity and utilize DSM-5 diagnosis and ICD-10 codes • Meet submission guidelines and complete timely submissions • Manage time and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field • Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a crisis setting with individuals and families • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or supervisory experience • Must be able to meet deadlines • Computer savvy • Licensed by the Board of Counseling as LMHP Type—LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident In Counseling, or Supervisee in Social Work • Knowledge of direct behavioral health and substance use services • Knowledge of assessment, treatment, and consultation • Knowledge of DSMV-TR, diagnosis and symptomology • Knowledge of medical necessity and service components for specified behavioral health and substance use programs • Ability to apply counseling, diagnosis theories, and techniques to diverse consumer populations • Ability to assess medical necessity and utilize DSM-5 diagnosis and ICD-10 codes • Ability to meet submission guidelines
