📋 Description
• Oversee daily operations and staffing for assigned teams • Adjust staff schedules and address workflow gaps • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and evaluating personnel • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies • Review medication authorizations and conduct benefits investigations • Collaborate with clinics to obtain documentation and support appeals
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of experience working within healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access • 1 year experience supervising or managing a team • High school diploma or equivalent • State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 6 months of hire • Active CPhT certification preferred • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
