📋 Description

• Provide customers with a seamless support experience • Submit applications to carriers and own them through approval • Help customers navigate the healthcare system • Identify and resolve transaction and experience issues • Document phone calls and emails with members in Zendesk • Answer qualifying and benefit-specific questions • Provide scheduled phone and email coverage • Serve as the first point of contact for members seeking support • Help members find the best insurance option for their needs • Become an expert on the Vitable member experience

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a licensed insurance agent • Experience working with Healthcare.gov and/or state-based exchanges such as Covered California • Clear and effective verbal and written communication • Patience, empathy, and ability to stay composed under stress • Ability to apply insurance expertise to guide individuals through health coverage enrollment • Confidence navigating support or sales-based digital platforms • Zendesk experience prioritized • 5+ state licenses prioritized • Fluently bilingual candidates prioritized
