📋 Description

• Implement quality concepts throughout operational processes to drive continuous improvements • Supervise records center/vault operations and delivery service • Maintain proper staffing and achieve operational benchmarks • Hire candidates, train new and existing employees, enforce company policies, and ensure staffing levels • Work with the Area Vice President and Director of Operations to improve the Company’s quality program • Control and report budgets and take corrective actions to maintain fiscal responsibility • Maintain clean and efficient facilities, including vehicle and equipment maintenance • Control rack-space usage and evaluate the need for additional racks • Manage daily records center/vault operations, audit paperwork, and oversee and reconcile vault inventories • Conduct and supervise bay audits • Provide courteous, professional customer service in person and by phone

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred • Problem-solving skills • Experience implementing quality concepts and practices in a service-industry work environment • Detail-oriented work style • Organizational skills • Willingness to take responsibility for daily operations, have a cell phone, cover any shift, and respond to emergencies • Willingness and ability to perform physical work when necessary • Commitment to leadership in a disaster-recovery environment and servicing internal and external customers • Ability to tolerate summer heat and winter cold • Ability to stand and walk regularly; occasionally sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch • Ability to reach, handle, carry, and lift 10–50 lbs. • Ability to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers accurately • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check • High school diploma • Forklift certification • Must pass drug screen
