📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and technology tools enabling stakeholder self-service • Design and develop metrics and reports on financial and operational performance of products and services • Consult with stakeholders to define and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements • Design and develop reports and dashboards for leaders, management, and clients • Interpret data to identify trends and root causes and present improvement recommendations • Maintain data quality and reliable reporting inputs • Maintain a library of operational and financial reports and dashboards • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and appropriate data accessibility • Lead standard and ad hoc data requests using internal and external operational and financial data • Provide financial support and tracking, including monthly invoice review • Serve as a consulting partner to operational leaders by scoping problems, evaluating technology options, and delivering process or automation solutions • Design and build workflow automation using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps • Promote information sharing and collaboration across Divisions and Business Units • Design and implement performance improvement efforts with operational leaders • Support tracking and coordination activities that improve the financial health of practices and programs • Collaborate on company-wide initiatives and with departmental leads, Business Analysts, stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Assist with site annual reports, operational assessments, and project proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or equivalent field required • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare-focused programs required • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) preferred • Experience leveraging AI and agentic tools preferred • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, planning, coordinating, and implementing healthcare-focused programs preferred • Experience with Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools preferred • Systems thinking ability to identify root causes, map dependencies, and design solutions addressing upstream problems • Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver technology solutions with minimal technical supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements • Basic knowledge of medical terminology • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to establish credibility quickly with internal and external customers • Knowledge of program development and project management concepts • Ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, meet deadlines across multiple projects, work independently under limited supervision, and collaborate as a team member • Passion for improving healthcare • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations • Ability to maintain high data quality standards and ensure appropriate data use and accessibility
