📋 Description

• Set and maintain architectural standards for the ARES Salesforce implementation across all development teams (e.g. naming conventions, metadata organization, technology decision framework, platform-native-first principles) • Own the cross-team dependency log; facilitate program planning to surface and sequence inter-team dependencies • Define and maintain the team working agreements between development teams • Review senior developer architecture decisions across development teams; provide guidance to resolve technical blockers • Own tech documentation (e.g. architecture, DevSecOps pipeline, sequence diagrams, data model, and data dictionary) • Govern the branch strategy for concurrent development; define merge cadence and conflict resolution protocol • Support the RMF/ATO workstream by providing architecture documentation to the Security Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce solution architect experience, preferably in public sector/federal government space • Expert-level knowledge of OpsEA Salesforce platform and associated technologies (e.g. PSF, Shield, BRE, CRM Analytics, Flows, Apex, PSGs, OWD sharing model) • Experience with Flosum or comparable Salesforce-specific CI/CD tooling • Experience as a tech lead or architect across multiple concurrent agile delivery teams • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect
