📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of U.S.-based, non-Engineering open roles, from intake through offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines • Run high-volume recruiting processes efficiently, including managing large candidate pipelines and coordinating high interview volume • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for harder-to-fill or specialized roles using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or healthtech company, or otherwise within the broader technology space • Experience recruiting in both high-volume and proactive/passive-sourcing capacities • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-generation tools • Experience using Ashby (ATS) to manage pipelines and reporting • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers quickly
