• Serve as a trusted advisor and project leader supporting client organizations in the Medical Capital Equipment domain. • Lead complex consulting engagements by leveraging market insights, analytics, technology platforms, and industry expertise to develop strategic capital equipment plans. • Collaborate with executive client leaders and guide project teams. • Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive client audiences. • Facilitate executive-level meetings and discussions to align stakeholders. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
• Relevant degree preferred. • 7 or more years of relevant experience required. • Experience in Medical Capital Equipment required. • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, complex consulting projects. • Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. • Clinical and data analytics experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred. • Knowledge of healthcare capital purchasing decisions and capital planning processes preferred. • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills. • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and influence senior leaders. • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
