📋 Description

• The Senior Consultant contributes to the success of the firm by serving as a key member of client engagement teams • Establish client relationships and acts as a point of contact for engagements • Cover monthly grant client meetings • Revise and edit foundation grants for Coordinators • Assist with training of new Coordinators • Maintain regular communication with monthly clients • Analyze, synthesize, and interpret data to inform client recommendations • Conduct stakeholder interviews as necessary • Prepare clear, concise presentations of findings to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 2+ years of consulting experience • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to excellence • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to demonstrate insight and professional judgment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software tools • Deep technical expertise in identified areas of specialization
