📋 Description

• Support Passport Technical Support (TAC) team efforts to ensure reliability and serviceability of New Product Development and Production products • Maintain the flow of technical information between Gilbarco Authorized Service Contractors and end-users • Complete daily assignments from the Technical Support Team Supervisor/Lead according to instructions, standard work, and established guidelines • Communicate progress on objectives and development plans • Update the TAC SharePoint Forum with new findings and troubleshooting tips

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2–6 years’ experience in a Service Support Center or equivalent experience • POS ASC Certifications • Knowledge of PC hardware, including motherboards, hard drives, and RAM • Knowledge of various Windows operating systems • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services • Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation • Microsoft Office software proficiency • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency • Automated installation/configuration management software proficiency • Database software and Microsoft SQL Server proficiency • Remote control software and file transfer application proficiency
