📋 Description

• Write operational procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials for inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and quality control • Create technical data specifications for raw materials and consumables used in manufacturing • Develop user manuals for supply chain management systems • Design and write employee training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises • Update and revise documentation for process, system, and regulatory changes • Collaborate with departments to align documentation with current practices and departmental needs • Proofread and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, consistency, style-guide compliance, and technical standards • Perform other supply-chain-related activities and reporting as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, logistics, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather information, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment across departments • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems (CMS) for document creation and version control • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
