📋 Description

• Proactively assess vendor risk in one or more GxP areas • Translate vendor risk assessments into insights, recommendations, and actions • Contribute to advancement of vendor quality processes, tools, and systems across GxP areas and vendor types • Identify opportunities and support risk-appropriate enhancements to vendor oversight infrastructure • Monitor vendor metrics and dashboards for emerging trends in assigned GxP areas • Ensure adequate management and mitigation of vendor risk • Support development of processes and procedures to report on, manage, and mitigate vendor risk • Lead and/or participate in process and system improvement efforts as a vendor quality subject matter expert • Provide onsite front and/or back room inspection support as assigned • Provide insight on vendor risk and potential impact in quality and business forums

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in one or more GxP areas • Demonstrated experience with key performance indicators and quality metrics for vendors • Expertise in risk assessment as it pertains to third parties / suppliers • Strong interpersonal skills to explain difficult information and work to build alignment • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Mathematical acumen and excellent analytic skills as applied to risk assessments • Demonstrated ability to work well in a matrixed, collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or allied health field (or comparable degree) • Typically requires 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Availability to work Monday–Friday during EST hours • No C2C or third-party vendors
