📋 Description

• Manage a team delivering analytics within a business unit • Provide daily direction to the team • Collaborate with leadership to monitor and communicate key performance indicators and understand performance drivers • Analyze trends to identify business opportunities and risks and optimize business outcomes • Align business analytics processes and practices with Enterprise Analytics standards and strategy • Guide hypotheses, test and experiment design, data analysis, findings summarization and actionable recommendations • Provide accurate, actionable and insightful information to end users • Identify opportunities to generate and collect new data • Leverage data-querying experience to ensure work integrity and quality • Guide effective data visualizations that expose patterns, trends, opportunities and risks • Champion data governance to improve data integrity, quality and understanding • Drive transformational change and analytics aptitude among leaders and users • Apply data modeling techniques to enable self-service analytics and balance model scope against response times • Plan and execute department-level projects and meet daily, quarterly and operational goals • Determine and develop best practices for business procedures • Maintain effective communications within and beyond the team, involve senior management and employees in plans, and advise on progress toward goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports • Excellent leadership and visionary abilities • Ability to use descriptive statistical techniques to solve business problems • Ability to design analytical approaches using data to answer core business questions • Preferably able to understand predictive modeling and machine learning and identify applicable business problems • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment • For remote or hybrid roles, must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Employees have access to sensitive personal information and are subject to Information Security and Privacy Policies • Must meet applicable work authorization and employment requirements
