📋 Description

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings, supplier consolidation opportunities, and process inefficiencies across hardware, software, and services categories • Maintain and update procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility • Support RFP/RFQ processes by collecting and comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications • Track and report on key procurement KPIs including spend under management, savings realized, and purchase order cycle times • Coordinate with Finance on purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking • Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence documentation, and performance scorecards • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting using ERP and analytics tools • Support contract management activities including tracking renewal dates, compliance milestones, and deliverable schedules • Collaborate with technical teams to translate hardware and infrastructure requirements into actionable procurement specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite) • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) • Understanding of hardware procurement in data center or hyperscale environments is a plus • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
