📋 Description

• Own partner success and the operational side of the partnerships program • Manage day-to-day relationships with platforms, podcasts, apps, sponsors, and creator affiliates • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets with marketing and content teams • Identify and resolve partner communication or deliverable delays • Run onboarding and kickoff for new partnerships • Find and pitch new creator affiliates within standard terms • Escalate larger or more complex partnership opportunities to the team • Manage affiliates in Impact, including onboarding, tracking links, commissions, and records • Ensure partners have required assets and answers • Maintain partnership records and document scalable processes • Work with the data team to report on partner and affiliate performance • Report clearly on what is and is not working • Report directly to the Leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 2–3+ years in partnerships, affiliate management, or creator management • Strong organization • Clear, warm communication, especially in writing • Comfort with outreach and pitching, including hearing "no" and following up gracefully • Familiarity with Impact or a similar affiliate platform • Comfort with performance data • Good judgment about when to handle something yourself and when to ask for help • Experience in meditation, wellness, or podcasts is a bonus, not a requirement • Ability to identify automation opportunities and consider how automation can fail • Genuine interest in Waking Up’s mission and product
