📋 Description

• Own delivery of implementations for existing and new clients • Serve as Project Manager and subject matter expert for products, workflows, and configuration • Understand client needs and configure solutions aligned to their goals • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Hold project team members accountable • Lead client meetings and provide status updates • Provide executive-level communications as needed • Support Senior Implementation Consultants and IC IIs on complex or cross-functional initiatives • Provide project management and risk mitigation • Travel to client sites as needed for go-live support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred) • 2+ years of experience supporting or leading project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery work in a fast-paced environment • Healthcare experience required • Experience supporting or leading software implementations, preferably in a client-facing environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter mentality • Execution-focused delivery and accountability • Comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally • Software implementation methodologies • Project management fundamentals • Process analysis and solution configuration • Strong client communication and presentation skills • Customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Resourcefulness and initiative • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in changing environments • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce • Travel to client sites as needed
