📋 Description

• Translate complex questions into data-driven analyses for informed leadership decisions • Lead finance and accounting teams during interim roles or times of need • Structure and guide financial modeling efforts supporting strategic recommendations • Build collaborative relationships across portfolio companies and private equity firms • Transform data into leadership-ready information using Excel and other data visualization tools • Manage junior consultants and guide required deliverables • Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and explanations • Prepare monthly performance reports, financial analyses, and historical trend evaluations • Improve forecasting and financial close process efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness • Provide business intelligence using financial results and key performance indicators • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational efficiency reports • Support process improvements, cost reduction, automation, and system upgrades • Manage special projects and ad hoc senior-management requests, including cash flow forecasts, SKU/customer profitability, and operational reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field • 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Public Accounting • Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce dynamic financial models • Thorough understanding of financial statements and three-statement modeling • CPA or CFA designations are a plus
