📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to advance business objectives • Master the HR fundamentals and own end-to-end HRIS administration • Implement AI-driven automation to scale HR function • Provide tactical recruiting support • Design and deploy training for mid-level managers • Act as primary point of escalation for complex ER issues • Use employee sentiment data and operational metrics to improve workforce outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed BS from a top rated University • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, ER, and talent acquisition, within a PE/VC-backed, healthcare/tech environment • Familiarity with AI and data to solve HR problems • Experience in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery models preferred • Experience working with private equity-backed companies preferred • Experience working in a startup or growth stage company preferred
