• Completed BS from a top rated University • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, ER, and talent acquisition, within a PE/VC-backed, healthcare/tech environment • Familiarity with AI and data to solve HR problems • Experience in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery models preferred • Experience working with private equity-backed companies preferred • Experience working in a startup or growth stage company preferred
